How it works?
- Get in touch and enquire about booking
- Initial conversation over the phone (or in person) to understand your photography needs
- (*If a booking fee or deposit is needed, it is processed at this stage to keep the booking reservation)
- Meet on location and take photos as initially discussed and agreed
- Within 1 business day - you get initial and randomly selected previews (usually 5-10 images)
- Within a week, photos due to be ready on USB - pick up (from Caulfield) or local drop-off is arranged
- (*If highlight video is requested, please allow 2 week turn around)
- Invoice and payment details are sent upon receiving the photos
- Invoices are requested to be paid within 7 days
- Provide feedback and refer a friend
